You enter the villa on the ground floor. From the living room, you have a beautiful view of the garden and pool. From the first floor, you have a panoramic view of St. Tropez and the sea. The villa is spacious and offers a total of 410 m² of living space. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The living room – furnished with luxurious sofas and seating – connects through large glass sliding doors on both sides with the sunny south. On one side, there is access to an indoor patio in an original Santa Fe style, and on the other side, there is access to the covered terrace, garden, and luxurious pool area.

Adjacent to the living room is a modern open kitchen with a nice bar area (8 people). Luxurious and fully equipped for delightful cooking (Quooker, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a large dining table (10 people) on the covered terrace.

On the ground floor, there is also an office room for those who need to work a bit during the holiday.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms; 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 master bedroom on the first floor, and 1 family/children's room on the basement floor.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a modern en-suite bathroom. All beds come with high-quality linens.

On the ground floor, bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each offer an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and W.C.). The beds are luxurious and double (180x200).

On the first floor, there is a spacious master bedroom. The word suite is a better description. The bed is double and XL size 210x200. The bathroom is en-suite and offers wonderful luxury including a beautiful bathtub. The photos speak for themselves. Also with a private terrace with views of the Mediterranean Sea.

In the basement, there is bedroom 5 with an en-suite bathroom (shower, double sink, and W.C.). It is more of a children's or family room. Kids will surely love this. There is room for 6 people to sleep (bed sizes 180x200, 180x200, 90x200, 90x200). Note: The total maximum capacity in this villa is set at 10 people including children.
