This spacious, 200 m2 living area, villa is set up in such a way that you can access terraces almost everywhere through French doors and enjoy beautiful views of the pool and the bay of Saint Tropez. 

On the ground floor there is a beautiful, spacious living room with a large, comfortable lounge area with fireplace, Sat TV and Audio set. This room offers direct access to the beautiful outdoor terrace and has sea views. The same goes for the adjacent dining room with large dining table, suitable for 8 people. The kitchen is furnished in Provencal style and has all amenities, including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the same level as living room and swimming pool. Both rooms are equipped with a double bed (180x200) and a private bathroom and patio doors to the terrace. 

Bedroom 3 is on the upper floor and also has a double bed (1.80x2.00m), an en-suite bathroom (bath, 2 washbasins) and a W.C.

Bedroom 4 and 5 are on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have a double bed (1.80x2.00m) and the bathroom (shower) a W.C. is shared. The bedrooms on this level are not connected to the rest of the house. The ground floor is only accessible from outside. This is very nice in terms of privacy if you are on holiday with another family. 

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is also a separate room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Wifi available. Cot and high chair available on request.
