The ground floor consists of the living room, dining room and open kitchen as well as three of the five bedrooms. The living room is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style. A luxurious sitting area with a fireplace and nice accessories adorns the living room. From here you can enjoy the view on the sea. The sitting area has a large LED Smart TV with Apple-TV, Netflix and Prime streams as well as Orange basic package of French and international channels.

The dining room is furnished with a long table seating 12 people and is decorated with modern art. The open kitchen adjacent to the dining room is modern and fully equipped, including a cooled soda stream integrated in the kitchen faucet and an icemaker producing 24/7. Everything is there, even for the most demanding cooking enthusiast. Both from the dining room and the kitchen there is direct access to the covered terrace with the summer kitchen with BBQ and dining table seating 10-12. 

The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

On the ground floor, the spacious bedroom "La Plage", with seaview and direct access to the front terrace,  offers a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Bedroom "La Mer" also has seaview and direct access to the front terrace and boasts a double bed 160x200 and an en-suite shower and sink. Bedroom "Le Jardin", with direct access to the garden terrace, offers a double bed 160x200 and an en-suite shower and sink.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are on the 1st floor. Bedroom "Camargue" features a beautiful view over the pool and garden. Here you find a twin bed of 2x90x200. Bedroom "Provence" with a seaview has a double bed of 160x200. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom with bath, separate shower and double sink.
