The layout is as follows: 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom on the ground floor at the level of the living area, and 3 bedrooms on the lower floor. On the lower floor, there is a second living room with a luxurious and comfortable seating area. This layout provides great privacy and makes this villa attractive for a vacation with, for example, two families.

All bedrooms feature a double bed measuring 180 x 200. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet), except for 2 (out of the 3) bedrooms on the lower floor, which share a bathroom (shower, bathtub, and toilet).
