As soon as you drive up the long gravel driveway, you'll see the great location of this villa amidst the gardens and vineyards.Through a large oak front door, you enter the villa into the hallway at the front of the villa. From the hallway, you enter the spacious Vaulted ceiling living room. The interior is light and atmospheric with comfortable sofas by the beautiful fireplace. We particularly love the wooden beams and Provencal tile floor. The French doors provide plenty of natural light and connect the living room with the spacious rear covered terrace. This offers beautiful views of the vineyards and surrounding Provençal hills. On this terrace, there is a spacious dining table with eight chairs. In addition there is an exterior bar are within the wooden Gazebo for a further outdoor cooking and entertaining space. The barbecue is in that part.

An open-plan kitchen extends from the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine refrigerator,/freezer and coffee machine. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the terrace, where there is a large dining table, perfect for a delightful breakfast or lunch.The French doors provide plenty of light and connect the living room to the spacious (partially) covered terrace with stunning views of the vineyards and surrounding Provençal hills. There is a large dining table with eight chairs on this terrace.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on the ground floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. 

Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200) and a large wardrobe. Teh main bathroom is next door. The toiet is separate. French doors lead to the terrace, and the room offers views of the vineyards and gardens.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also equipped with double beds (160x200 and 140x200) and have direct access to the terrace with views of the vineyards and gardens.

There are two large bathrooms. The first one is equipped with a bathtub, shower, sinks, and a separate toilet. The other large bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, the villa has a separate toilet with a sink.

The villa also features a separate TV room and game room. The room has access to a terrace overlooking the pool and mountains.

The villa is fully equipped with underfloor heating and a large open fireplace in the living room, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay even in the cooler months.
