In the other months, the standard rental includes 3 bedrooms (numbers 1, 2, and 3) and 3 bathrooms. Optionally, 2 additional bedrooms (numbers 4 and 5) can be rented in the form of 2 studios.
All bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180x200) and air conditioning. The layout is as follows:

On the ground floor, at the pool and garden level, there are the remaining 3 bedrooms, of which 2 are independent studios, each with its own entrance. On this level, there is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180x200). The bathroom is en-suite (bathtub, sink, and toilet). Air conditioning is also available here. The terrace is covered.
Bedroom (Studio) 4 offers a double bed (180x200), a seating area, a bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet), and a kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine) with a dining area. The apartment has a covered terrace and is equipped with air conditioning.
Bedroom (Studio) 5 is located 10 meters from the villa and offers a double bed (180x200), a seating area, a kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet), air conditioning, and a private terrace.
