This Provençal family villa (210m2) is spacious and comfortably designed. This villa truly exudes South of France holiday vibes. The living room has a particularly pleasant ambiance with a nice combination of contemporary and seventies furniture. Here you find also a TV corner with a comfortable lounge sofa. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning.

The separate kitchen-diner offers access to both the main terrace with dining table and the BBQ terrace, also with dining table, under the pergola. Above all, the kitchen is wonderfully spacious and equipped with everything a chef needs. There is a table with 8 seats. In the utility room, there is an additional fridge with freezer.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is 1 bedroom on the left side of the villa and 3 bedrooms on the right side of the villa, viewed from the terrace and pool.

Bedroom 1 is a spacious bedroom offering a double bed (2x90x200) located on the ground floor with a private classic bathroom (WC, bathtub, walk-in shower). Generously sized with more than enough closet space.

Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are located on the right side of the villa. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed (2x90x200). It is situated on the ground floor and provides direct access to the terrace towards the pool. The en-suite bathroom (shower and sink) is simple. Bedroom 3 includes a double bed (160x190) and has a simple en-suite bathroom (shower, WC, and sink). Bedroom 4 also has a double bed (160x190).

Good to know is that the villa is being renovated. It will become significantly more modern and luxurious. This is happening this winter. The renovations include the living room, kitchen, and all bathrooms. You can look forward to a more contemporary and significantly more luxurious stay. Once the work is completed, we will revisit the villa for a new photoshoot, after which the rental prices will be adjusted upwards.
