This very charming villa boasts a living area of 180 m2. The living room on the ground floor is spacious and light. Contemporary colors and materials, including comfortable designer furniture and a modern seating area by the fireplace, provide the villa with a light and warm ambiance.
The villa is fully air-conditioned - except for 1 bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen is an extension of the living room. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, hob, fully-automatic espresso machine and an electric kettle. The terrace at the rear of the kitchen is a particularly nice feature.
From the living room you can enjoy a beautiful view of the spacious garden, the swimming pool and the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The living room and kitchen provide access to the covered terrace on the garden side of the villa.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor.
