On the ground floor you will find the living room with comfortable seating around the large fireplace. The living room has an open connection with the dining room. French doors from both the living room and the dining room provide direct access to the covered terrace, the swimming pool and the beautifully landscaped garden.

From to the dining room you enter the spacious kitchen with XL stove and XL American fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped and professionally decorated. A great room for breakfast and coffee at the breakfast table.

There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house (of which 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) and 2 bedrooms in the guest house.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom and is located on the ground floor. It has a double bed (180x200) and a private bathroom (bath and shower). Patio doors provide direct access to the garden and pool.

Bedroom 2 is also located on the ground floor. There is a double bed (160x200). View over the swimming pool.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located on the first floor. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180x200) and ensuite bathroom (bath). Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds (2x90x200) that can be put together if desired. Bedroom 4 has an ensuite bathroom (shower).

Bedrooms 5 and 6 are located on the ground floor of the guest house, adjacent to the villa. They each have a double bed (160x200) and an ensuite bathroom.
