This spacious villa consists of two floors with the living room and the covered terrace on the 1st floor to make optimal use of the beautiful view.
You enter the villa, on the 1st floor, in the spacious hall with beautiful modern staircase. From here you walk directly into the modern furnished living room and dining room, followed by the semi-open kitchen.
The living room is wonderfully spacious and open in design. The living room is equipped with modern seating furniture with a focus on the fireplace, very nice to use during the pre and post season. There is a satellite TV with Flemish and Dutch channels, WIFI, DVD player as well as a stereo system (with Ipod connection). The large patio doors ensure a lot of light and from here you have access to the covered terrace.
In the extension of the living room is a spacious dining table with chairs. The living room is connected to the semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is modernly furnished and equipped with an American fridge / freezer, dishwasher, 5-burner gas hob, microwave, oven and filter coffee maker. From the semi-open kitchen you have direct access to the covered terrace. This way you can have breakfast outside in the morning!
The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Both the bedrooms and the bathrooms are located on the level of the pool, the floor below the living room. Bedroom 1, an extra spacious bedroom has a double bed (180x200). The spacious wardrobes are very nice. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200). The separate bathroom is provided with a shower and sink. Bedroom 3 also offers a double bed (160x200) and has an en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). There is a separate toilet on this floor. All bedrooms have doors to a covered terrace.
The washing machine and ironing board are located in a separate room. The entire villa is equipped with a floor cooling system, this system can heat and cool, so that the temperature is constant. A surcharge applies for this, see price list.
