Le Refuge Vert

The house is built in a traditional manner and has many authentic features. It is spacious and has all facilities. It is cool in the summer. There is an open hearth and central heating. Everything is designed for 10 guests, 8 in the house and 2 in the cabin. There is a hall with a separate toilet and living room with open plan kitchen and conservatory, in total 65 m². The 25m² living area has T V and video with Dutch channels. 4 steps lead down to the 30m² conservatory with large French windows and a heated floor. There is a sofa and dining table with 10 chairs. On one side of the conservatory is the kitchen, based around a long draining board. The kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and lots of equipment.

In all 4 bedrooms the beds are 90x 200cm or twice 90x100cm, and they all have storage space for clothes. The first 18m² bedroom has an entrance from both outside and inside, a double bed, and en-suite bathroom and toilet with washing machine. The second 14m² bedroom also has 2 entrances and a double bed and en-suite bathroom and toilet. The next 9m² with sink and twin singles has a shared bathroom and toilet with another 11m² bedroom with twin singles. Two of the four bedrooms have airconditioning

100m from the house is an old 10m² barn furnished as an idyllic and romantic, peaceful residence with a double bed. All sanitaria are close by outside, including a warm shower. The cabin can’t be used in the winter.
