The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the second floor there is 1 bedroom with private bathroom and toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. In addition, there is a very spacious play / work room on the first floor with sitting area where you can play, study, work, or watch TV. Room 4 is a play/work room, equipped with a soccer game, sitting area (sofa and chairs), TV, a work table with 2 computer screens and a docking station to connect a laptop to the screens.
