The living area is bright, spacious, and tastefully furnished, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. At its heart stands an impressive XL dining table for ten, positioned to make the most of the stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea. A semi-separate TV corner provides a cozy spot for relaxation, and each bedroom is also equipped with its own television for added convenience.

This modern, open-plan kitchen is thoughtfully designed for both style and practicality, featuring a utility room with direct access to the parking area—perfect for easily unloading groceries. The villa offers five luxurious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. Four of these bedrooms are located on the ground floor (at the same level as the living area and terrace), while the fifth bedroom occupies the first floor. Every bedroom features air conditioning and a TV, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

Bedroom 4 is designed as the children’s bedroom, featuring two stylish bunk beds. The mattresses are comfortable and 90 cm wide, making them perfectly suitable for adults as well. Each bunk bed measures 2x90x200. A TV is also provided.
Bedroom 5 is located on the first floor and serves as a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, washbasin, and separate WC). The bed is a double (160x200), and a TV is provided. The sea view from this room is, in our opinion, simply irresistible.
