From the living room two large french doors give access to the large sunny terrace, which offers a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean sea. This terrace extends over the entire length of the villa. On the terrace is a luxurious loungeset. The terrace belonging to the dining room is partially covered. Below the covered terrace there is a Weber BBQ and dining table for 8.

If needed, umbrellas provide shade above the lounge set. At the rear of the villa there is a high terrace with a pond. From this terrace, with a nice seating area with a table and chairs, you have a wonderful view over the sea. 

From the terrace, via a small staircase, you walk down to the large pool. The swimming pool (12x4m) has a beautiful sunny location and features a large sun terrace. At this sun terrace by the pool, there are 8 sunbeds and an outdoor shower. At night, you can illuminate the garden and the pool beautifully. 

The feature of this charming villa is, according to us, the great sea view. Both from the pool and the large terrace, you can enjoy this special view. Another nice feature is the "Cabanon" at the short side of the pool. A kind of covered patio with a fireplace and stone benches with cushions. In summer the perfect spot to enjoy the shade. In spring and autumn, it is the place to enjoy being outside, thanks to the fireplace and the lighting. There is parking available for three cars. Behind the villa is a table tennis table. Entrance to the site is through an electric gate.
