From the entrance short stairs will lead you to the living, with on your right the sitting area and on the left the dining room with an extension of the spacious open kitchen.

In the living you find a large comfortable sofa from where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The interior is characterized by the use of luxury materials and fabrics. A TV is present. This spacious, well-styled bedroom has a double bed (2x90x200) and en-suite bathroom (bath, walk-in shower & toilet). Through a sliding door you have access to the balcony. The balcony extends over the entire width of the villa and flows into the terrace from where you have access to the living.

The other 3 modern furnished bedrooms are located on the ground floor, garden level. Bedroom 2 is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower & toilet).
