When you enter the villa you reach the specious corridor. On the left at the ground floor, you enter the large living room and in line with it there is the spacious open plan kitchen. In the right wing of the villa you find all the bedrooms and the TV room.

In the TV room (big LCD TV) there is a comfortable seating area. The spacious living at the ground floor is decorated stylish with designer furniture. Hifi and Wifi. French doors give acces to the partly covered terrace with designer outdoor furniture.  

There are 3 luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms. All airconditioned bedrooms are spacious and have an en-suite bathroom with toilet.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located next to each other at the ground floor, both offer king-size beds (180x200), an en-suite bathroom and access to the garden. 

Bedroom 3, the master bedroom, is located at the first floor and has a beautiful designed double bed, a luxurious en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and toilet) and 2 private balconies. When you open the doors you will hear the sounds of the sea! The TV room is located in the basement.
