Chef Mauro Colagreco, born in Argentina, learned the trade from French star chefs like Bernard Loiseau, Alain Ducasse and Alain Passard. The top chef grows vegetables in his own garden by the sea and gets fresh fish from the harbor. He has been running the Mirazur restaurant for 13 years now, which has 3 Michelin stars.
