This spacious villa exudes charm and character, combining an original part built with traditional stone and a newer ochre-colored wing—visible on the left and right in the photos respectively.
The living room is elegantly and tastefully furnished. Two large French doors open onto the L-shaped terrace, offering lovely views of the garden and swimming pool. In the cozy lounge, you'll find a fireplace, a TV with satellite reception (Dutch, French, and German channels), and an audio system. The dining room with a large table is directly connected to the inviting open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including an American-style fridge, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The kitchen also provides direct access to the terrace. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use.
The villa offers five bedrooms in total. Two luxurious (master) bedrooms are located in the ochre-colored wing, and three additional bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the stone-built part of the house.
In the ochre-colored section: Bedroom 1: The master suite with a double bed and French doors opening onto the terrace. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two single beds (100x200 cm). Bedroom 5 features a double bed (2x100x200 cm). A baby cot is available.
