Bedroom 2 (upper floor) is a second spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), an en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, and toilet), and a terrace with panoramic views of the sea and mountains from the villa's highest point.

Bedroom 3 (ground floor) is an apartment with a queen-size bed (160x200), an en-suite bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet), and a private terrace.  

Bedroom 4 (ground floor) is a larger apartment with a kitchenette, a king-size bed (2x90x200, convertible to two single beds if desired), an en-suite bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet), and access to a garden via the terrace.

Bedroom 5 (ground floor) features a king-size bed (2x90x200, convertible to two single beds if desired), an en-suite bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet), and a terrace with panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

Bedroom 6 (ground floor) offers a king-size bed (2x90x200, convertible to two single beds if desired), an en-suite bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet), and a terrace with panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to terraces with stunning views, making them ideal for a relaxing and private stay.

The swimming pool measures 8 x 8 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 2.9 meters. It is, of course, equipped with luxurious sunbeds and umbrellas. On the covered terrace near the dining room, there is an XL lounge set, offering stunning views of the Provençal hills as well as the pool.

The villa is set on a fully enclosed property of 2,500 m². The combination of the spacious pool, the generous sun terrace, the luxurious lounge sets, and the large grounds provides everyone ample opportunity for recreation and relaxation.

The villa also features a pétanque court and a ping pong table. There is ample space for parking multiple cars.

The villa is beautifully situated in the hills, offering truly impressive views. Its location makes it an excellent base for various excursions, including trips to Mougins, Nice, and Cannes.

A must-see is the walled artist village of Saint Paul de Vence, a favorite among artists and art enthusiasts. The charming streets of this medieval village are home to numerous art galleries. The world-famous private museum, Fondation Maeght, is also located here.
