The villa spans three levels. Level 1 includes the parking area, entrance, private gym, cinema room, and a bathroom. Level 2 features the living area, kitchen, master bedroom, terrace, and the private pool. Level 3 is the top floor with its 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a spacious sun terrace.

The roomy living room on the 1st floor is decorated in a contemporary style with several beautiful seating areas, including a Minotti lounge area, and art pieces. The modern kitchen is spacious and fully-equipped.

From the dining room – with a dining table featuring a beautiful Murano Octopus lamp, Venetian glass – you can enjoy the exceptional view of the Mediterranean Sea. Both the living room and the dining room have air-conditioning.
