On the ground floor, you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms. The first floor houses the entrance and two bedrooms, each with en-suite private bathrooms. 

The living room features two comfortable sofas and an XL TV. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with a modern, luxurious open kitchen. A distinctive feature is the floor cooling system, in addition to the air-conditioning.
